Kids Taekwondo

When your child trains 2-3 times a week you will see all around improvements their mental and physical health. Witness development in leadership skills though traditional Taekwondo which includes kicking and self defense.

Mixed Martial Arts

Mixed Martial Arts at FMA gives kids a fun and safe environment to be physically active. Our program increases kids' physical health, including their endurance, strength, balance, flexibility, speed, coordination, and agility.

Teen/Adult Boxing

Traditional Boxing at Focus Martial Arts is like nothing you have ever experienced. Our classes will help improve your heart health, body composition, and strength, as well as lower your blood pressure and aid weight loss.

Cardio Kickboxing

Get ready to workout and burn calories fast. This 45 minute workout including 4 rounds of boxing + 4 rounds of fitness related drills. If you want speed, power, high quality music, well this class is for you.
