Kid's Self Defense (Ages 6-17)

Our kids’ self-defense class teaches practical skills to stay safe with a focus on anti-bullying, stranger danger, and conflict avoidance. Through fun, age-appropriate drills, kids build confidence, awareness, and the ability to protect themselves — all in a positive and supportive environment.

Kids's Mixed Martial Arts (Ages 6-17)

Our kids’ mixed martial arts class blends Taekwondo, Muay Thai, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, and Boxing to teach kicks, punches, grappling, knees, and movement through fun, high-energy drills. Kids build coordination, discipline, and confidence while learning powerful techniques in a safe, supportive environment.

Little Ninja Martial Arts (Ages 3-5)

Designed just for ages 3 to 5, this playful martial arts class introduces kids to basic punching, kicking, and grappling through fun games and obstacle courses. We focus on building coordination, listening skills, and confidence — all in a safe, energetic, and supportive environment.

Teen and Adult Boxing (Ages 13+)

Open to ages 13 and up, our 45-minute boxing classes combine cardio, footwork, bag and mitt work, core training, and strength conditioning. Designed for all fitness levels, classes focus on proper technique, discipline, and building endurance, strength, and confidence in a supportive environment.
