Focus Martial Arts

We’ve designed our training around developing each student’s focus. This comes in three parts. 1) Eye Control. 2) Emotional regulation. 3) Body Control. Each step helps kids as they work to be the best they can be.

Our coaches bring a non-aggressive style to the mats. Along with their years of expertise, they teach through positivity while reinforcing discipline for each student. It’s a controlled environment where everyone can learn from the best and shine!

We don’t just have students punching and kicking non-stop. Our martial arts classes are designed to keep students engaged every day. There are fun games built around developing motor skills and helping them take their skills to the next level.

Every month, we come together as a community after martial arts classes to discuss a different topic. These mat chats emphasize quality of life teachings that build toward positive behavior as a person.

Our belt system is a structured pathway toward student development. Each belt has specific goals and a timeline for growth on and off the mat.

Our training goes beyond different techniques and skills. We work with students and keep track of their progress as individuals in school, at home, and all areas of life. We aren’t just building athletes—we’re building the next generation of leaders.
